The 2017 Kanata–Carleton Cultural Festival is a full day of festivities and entertainment featuring Kanata-Carleton’s Arts and Cultural groups, bringing a whole community together to celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday!
With an expected turnout of over 3000 people, this event promises to be the highlight of our community’s 2017 celebrations. A diverse line up of Arts and Cultural groups in Ottawa’s Western area will gather throughout the day on May 27th 2017, to present music, theatre, dance, singing and orchestral performances and display artwork at the Earl of March High School and Sandwell Green Park.
The day will culminate in an evening concert, with performances by the Kanata Symphony, Kanata Choral Society, Kanata Band, Goulbourn Jubilee Singers, the West Ottawa Ladies Chorus, Goulbourn Male Chorus, Linda Jamieson School of Dance, CFUW Guitar Groovers and singer Diana Sharp.
